Cutting Edge Academy is fully accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences. NACCAS is an independent national accrediting commission, recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology. It presently accredits approximately 1,300 institutions that serve over 120,000 students.
NACCAS accreditation can be called as the “Golden seal of approval” for cosmetology schools. Not every beauty school is accredited, but because Cutting Edge Academy is, that means we adhere to strict standards of excellence in education and cosmetology career training. Being accredited by NACCAS also means that we are approved to offer students federal financial assistance through Title IV of the Higher Education Act.
